Categories of data
We may process master data such as names and addresses; contact data such as email addresses and telephone numbers; content data such as messages; usage data such as pages visited, interests and access times; and technical or communication data such as device information and IP addresses.
People concerned
This notice applies to visitors and users of our online offering as well as people who contact us through the channels provided on this website.
Purposes of processing
We process data to provide the website, its functions and content; respond to enquiries and communicate with users; protect the security and stability of our systems; and—where consent has been granted—measure reach and understand website usage.
Legal bases
Depending on the purpose, processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures under Article 6(1)(b), compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c), or our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Where vital interests are involved, Article 6(1)(d) may apply.
Security measures
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, taking account of the state of the art, implementation costs, the nature and scope of processing, and the risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals. Measures include access controls, protection of data transmission, availability safeguards and procedures for reviewing data protection controls.
Processors and recipients
Where we use service providers or disclose data to other recipients, this takes place only on a valid legal basis, where necessary to perform a contract, where required by law, on the basis of legitimate interests, or with consent. Processors are bound by appropriate data-processing agreements.
Transfers to third countries
If data is processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, we ensure that the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR are met, for example through an adequacy decision, appropriate contractual safeguards or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
Deletion and retention
Personal data is deleted or its processing restricted once it is no longer required for its stated purpose and no statutory retention obligation or other legal basis requires continued storage. Where data must be retained for legal reasons, it is processed only for those purposes.
Contact and business communication
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We retain this information only for as long as it is required for the conversation, a resulting business relationship or statutory obligations.
Server logs

These logs are processed to deliver the site securely, investigate errors and defend against misuse, and are deleted when they are no longer required for those purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage may be used where it is required to provide the website or remember a privacy choice. Optional Google Analytics measurement is loaded only after explicit consent. A consent decision can be changed by deleting the corresponding browser storage and choosing again on a later visit.
Where analytics is enabled, usage information may be processed to understand how the site is used and to improve its content. Further information is available in Google’s privacy documentation: https://policies.google.com/privacy .
External content and services
If third-party content such as maps, videos, fonts or other embedded services is used, the provider generally needs the user’s IP address to deliver that content. Such services are integrated only where they are required for the experience and a valid legal basis is available.
Social media presences
We may maintain profiles on social networks and professional platforms to communicate with clients, interested parties and users. When those platforms are accessed, their operators’ terms and privacy policies apply. We process messages or other interactions sent to us through those services for the purpose of responding and maintaining the relationship.
